Due to their intense nature they do not always make it into this educational platform.
So here is another rare performance that played to "live" audiences at the Osada-ryu HQ Studios plus broadcast via Zoom.

What's Inside
We are starting off with a "don't do this at home" pure strappado suspension.
This is followed up by an inverted hashira suspension aka "the caterpillar".
The highlight of the evening is perhaps the daruma suspension -- easy to construct if you can find a model that is flexible enough.
We then discuss the finer points of a one-leg-up suspension (kata-ashi-zuri, 片足吊り), and finally do a strict face-down suspension aka gyaku-ebi-zuri (逆海老吊り).
